There are personal workouts with Easy, Normal and Hard difficulty levels, Quick Workout for those who want to get straight into the action, Mitt Drills for hitting at your own pace, and even Sit Fit Boxing to get in without standing to start sweating.
Of course, fitness boxing wouldn’t be complete without some dreamy trainers, and this trailer features them in spades. This time there are six fully voiced teachers to choose from (four returning, two newbies), and this new entry gives you even more control over their appearance with customizable outfits And Hairstyles.

New songs: 30 new instrumental songs – many inspired by catchy pop songs – will have players beating and dodging to the beat*.

Choose your trainers: Box and bond with a selection of six fully voiced virtual trainers with customizable outfits and hairstyles, including returning favorites and two brand new.
